What are the requirements for me to access the coworking?
All the companies housed in the Marie Curie Techno Incubator are working on an innovative or technology-based project. Is that your case too? Then our co-working space is perfect for you.
Your company doesn’t need to be incorporated. It can be in its early stages of development. If that is case, the application and the contract shall be signed by the entrepreneur.
What are the opening hours of the coworking?
The coworking is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 20:00.
Can I access my workspace outside operating hours?
No. For security reasons, the coworking space is closed outside opening hours when there are no staff working in the building.
This prevents access by people who do not have a workspace in the co-working offices.
Can I use the common areas?
Of course you can! We have a reception area, a kitchen area with vending machines, tables and microwaves, and bathrooms on every floor of the building.

Can I use the meeting rooms?
Coworking office users enjoy 2 hours free hire per month of the meeting rooms. If you need more, you have a 50% discount on the rental of any of the meeting rooms if you purchase a pack of 10 hours. The pack of hours never expires.

Is there a minimum term contract duration?
There is no minimum term. The rental of your co-working workspace is renewed month by month, so you can use it only when you need it.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No. Payment of the coworking workspace is made month by month, in advance.
Will I have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, the building has a free asymmetric 1 GB Wi-Fi network.
Is my workspace already furnished?
Yes, all the workspaces have a table, chair and a lockable locker. In addition, the office has furniture for communal use, such as paper trays or hangers.
What if I need more space?
The Tech Incubator's coworking area is a living space, which changes to suit the needs of its occupants. If you need more workspaces, let the managers know and they will look for the best way to meet your needs.
Is there a reception and cleaning team?
Yes, by hiring a place in the coworking you will be able to use the reception service, and the cleaning staff of the building will take care of keeping the space clean.
Is there a printing service?
We do not have a printing service.
