What times can I rent the rooms?

The rooms are available from 8:00 until 20:00, which coincides with the opening hours of the building.

What if I need a room outside office hours?

It is not possible to rent meeting or event rooms outside the opening hours of the building.

How do I book a room?

We have a booking app where you can choose the room that best suits your needs, as well as the time you need it.

What if I need more time?

If no one else needs the room, you can continue to use the room without any problems. Simply access the app and book the times you need.

Do you offer catering services?

We do not have an in-house catering service, so you can hire your preferred catering company. We can put you in touch with some catering companies we often collaborate with if you require.

Can I purchase a photo/video service?

If you need a photo or video report of your event, you can hire the photography service of your choice. We can put you in touch with some companies in that field that we collaborate with if you require.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, the building has a free asymmetric 1 GB Wi-Fi network.
